Combine Frank's Red Hot Original Sauce, ghee or butter, apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, and garlic in a small pot on the stove. Simmer on medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until butter is melted and everything is warmed through.
If not cooking:
Melt the ghee or butter in a bowl in the microwave. Combine Frank's Red Hot Original Sauce, melted butter or ghee, apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, and garlic in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
