These turkey breakfast sausage patties are easy to make and delicious! Enjoy as part of a big weekend brunch or freeze so you have a quick protein ready to enjoy each morning all week long.
1poundlean ground turkey, I usually use 85% lean 15% fat
1tablespoonmaple syrup
1teaspoondried rosemary
1teaspoondried thyme
1teaspoondried basil
1teaspoonchili powder
1teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoononion powder
½teaspoonpaprika
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.
Combine everything in a large bowl. Roll into 8 balls of even size. Gently press on each ball to form patties. These will puff up as they cook so flatten them down quite a bit into thin patties so you don't end up with balls when they're done cooking.
Add the patties in a single layer in the air fryer. Cook for 5 minutes, flip, cook for 3 to 5 more minutes.
