Steak, peppers, onions, and green beans all broil quickly together for a really incredible meal that's ready in 30 minutes!

1/4cupred wine vinegar
2tbspolive oil, extra virgin
Beef Tips + Veggies
1 1/2lbstop sirloin, sliced into strips 1/2 inch thick and 2 inches long
12ozgreen beans, trimmed
1white or yellow onion, cut into strips
1green bell pepper, cut into strips
2 1/2tbspolive oil, extra virgin
Combine the marinade ingredients in a resealable plastic bag or bowl. Add the sliced sirloin to the marinade, seal the bag (or bowl), and toss to coat. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour and up to 12 hours before cooking.
Set the oven rack to the middle position and turn the broiler on high.
Spread the green beans, onion, and bell pepper in a single layer on a 12 x 17 baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Broil for 10 minutes.
Add the marinated steak to the pan with your vegetables. Stir so that everything is in an even layer. If you have any marinade left pour that in too.
Broil until the steak is done to your liking, 4 to 5 minutes.
