1½poundstop sirloin, sliced into strips ½ inch thick and 2 inches long
12ouncesgreen beans, trimmed
1white or yellow onion, cut into strips
1green bell pepper, cut into strips
2½tablespoonsolive oil, extra virgin
½teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Combine the marinade ingredients in a resealable plastic bag or bowl. Add the sliced sirloin to the marinade, seal the bag (or bowl), and toss to coat. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour and up to 12 hours before cooking.
Set the oven rack to the middle position and turn the broiler on high.
Spread the green beans, onion, and bell pepper in a single layer on a 12 x 17 baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Broil for 10 minutes.
Add the marinated steak to the pan with your vegetables. Stir so that everything is in an even layer. If you have any marinade left pour that in too.
Broil until the steak is done to your liking, 4 to 5 minutes.
