This is THE BEST breakfast casserole to prep in advance! It's fluffy and loaded with so much flavor. Make this for the holidays or just to make any weekend extra special!
Add your ground meat to a large skillet on the stovetop. Use a spatula to crumble the meat. Cook on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until browned. Stir in rosemary, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
In a large bowl whisk together eggs, milk, oregano, parsley, ground mustard, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Set aside.
Slice the crust off your bread and place the bread in a single layer in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Spread cooked ground meat on top of the bread. Then spread the cheese. Pour egg mixture over everything.
Bake for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
