Cilantro Citrus Vinaigrette
I bet you'll love this citrusy vinaigrette! It's naturally sweet and the perfect addition to any summery salad. Just blend the ingredients together and enjoy!

or 1/2 cup orange juice

lime juice

apple cider vinegar

fresh cilantro

chopped

Instructions
Squeeze the juice from your oranges. This should yield approximately 1/2 cup of juice.
Add all of the ingredients to a blender (or a bowl if you're using an immersion blender).
Puree until smooth and the cilantro pieces are very small.
