Ingredients
Marinade
¼cupcoconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce
¼cupred wine vinegar
2tablespoonsolive oilextra virgin
1tablespoongarlicminced
1tablespoonitalian seasoning
1teaspoonsalt

Beef Tips + Veggies
1½poundstop sirloinsliced into strips ½ inch thick and 2 inches long
12ouncesgreen beanstrimmed
1white or yellow onioncut into strips
1green bell peppercut into strips
2½tablespoonsolive oilextra virgin
½teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Combine the marinade ingredients in a resealable plastic bag or bowl. Add the sliced sirloin to the marinade, seal the bag (or bowl), and toss to coat. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour and up to 12 hours before cooking.
Set the oven rack to the middle position and turn the broiler on high.
Spread the green beans, onion, and bell pepper in a single layer on a 12 x 17 baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Broil for 10 minutes.
Add the marinated steak to the pan with your vegetables. Stir so that everything is in an even layer. If you have any marinade left pour that in too.
Broil until the steak is done to your liking, 4 to 5 minutes.
