Add 4 cups frozen peaches, yogurt, and honey to your blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and add more honey if you prefer more sweetness. If you’d like to add the optional diced frozen peaches, stir those in after you’re done blending.
Serve right away if you want to enjoy it while very soft. For a firmer frozen yogurt texture, spread in a loaf pan or another similarly sized container.
Place in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours, until frozen but creamy when scooped. If you leave it in the freezer too long simply let it thaw on the counter for 15 to 20 minutes or until scoopable again.
