Add butter or ghee to a skillet on medium heat. Once butter has melted, add shrimp to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3- 5 minutes or until shrimp is pink.
Turn the heat up to medium-high. Add lemon juice and minced garlic. Stir. Simmer for 1 minute.
Stir in parsley. Serve immediately over pasta, roasted vegetables, or zoodles.
