Ingredients
10 - 12ouncesfrozen whole green beansdo not thaw
2tablespoonsolive oilor an oil spray (I use an avocado oil spray)
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
Add frozen green beans to air fryer.
Drizzle the oil over the green beans (or spray with an oil spray) and sprinkle with salt and garlic powder. (You can also add any other optional seasonings you like here.)
Cook for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. (If using a compact basket style air fryer and the green beans are piled high on top of each other you'll want to shake halfway through cooking so the green beans at the bottom move to the top.) Green beans should be tender with some pieces with browning. You can cook for another 2 minutes if you prefer more browning.
Notes
Nutrition information assumes you used 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. If you use an oil spray instead (I use an avocado oil spray) a serving size would then contain 23 calories instead of 85 calories.
